James Aldinger is a highly successful and celebrated partner of the Project Marketing Division who combines a wealth of management experience acquired over 20 highly successful years in the Real Estate industry. James’ extensive experience and superb understanding of the Bayside and inner city precincts has been gathered from positions such as owning local real estate agencies and special projects sales, as well as being a local resident himself.

Having owned and operated his own top performing real estate businesses for 15 years, James has had experience in both Sales and Property Management, including Off The Plan sales, Development Sites, House and Land Packages, Units and Apartments, Residential Sales plus Property and Project Sales of up to 250 dwellings per development.

James has personally developed properties in his own right and been partners in individual development sites of over 200 apartments in an individual project.

With one of the highest sales achievers in Bayside, James has sold billions of dollars worth of real estate.
